Who We Are

Husband and wife team Matt and Jackie Kaiser are the principals of American Homecraft.  In the building business since 1984 Matt and Jackie have since become among the area’s most respected homebuilders of custom, luxury homes in the Dayton area.  A hands on builder, Matt personally supervises the construction of each and every home.  Jackie’s focus is to ensure an enjoyable building experience for the homeowner from design work to scheduling.  With a background in cabinet making, a private mill shop and an on-staff team of finish carpenters American Homecraft is known for their skilled craftsmanship. 

Their work has been featured in House Trends magazine and Homearama 2004.  In 2005 they were honored to be named finalists in the Dayton Business Journals Superstar Real Estate Award.  Also, in 2005 the Children's Miracle House was completed, generating a contribution to The Children's Medical Center of over $102,000! 

Most recently, the Kaisers began construction of The Children's Miracle House II.  All proceeds from the sale of this home will  benefit The Children's Medical Center.
